The detailed, pure and energetic flavors possess an effortless grace and class as well as huge length on the moderately austere finish. This is as good a young Grivot Beaux Monts as I can ever remember seeing.

There is still fine vibracy to the mouth coating, dellneated and nicely and concentrated medium weight plus flavors that display plenty of power and a certain textured quality on the firm, persistent and slightly austere back end. For my taste this has reached its apogee though it should continue to hold there for at least another decade.

This is a big and muscular but not rustic example that will require plenty of cellar time, in fact so much so that I have extended my expected drinking window as a result.
