The fine detail continues on the attractively energetic and well-concentrated flavors that are quite firmly structured yet faultlessly well-balanced. This should be lovely and reward ample 10 years or so of cellar time.

There is a restrained character to the cool and pure flavors that are supported by notably fine-grained tannins on the clean, balanced and ever-so-mildly austere and mineral-inflected finish. A lovely effort even if it's not quite as complex as the Les Cras.

By contrast there is a lovely sense of vibrancy to the saline-inflected, rich and suave middle weight flavors that tighten up on the firm but balanced finish. This is not especially complex at present but my projected range implicitly assumes that more depth will develop if the wine is allowed a few years of cellar time first.

The big-bodied and powerful flavors are also quite rich though there is much better vibrancy to the succulent but clean, dry and impressively persistent finish. In the context of what is typical for Corton-Charlemagne, this too should drink well early.
