This is really very good, particularly for its level and while it's not the most complex wine among the vintages tasted, it is wonderfully harmonious and complete. The highly energetic medium weight flavors possess excellent punch while the sophisticated texture is akin to rolling tiny stones around the mouth and this character only seems to build on the strikingly long, complex and beautifully persistent finish. This beauty is at an inflection point where it could certainly be enjoyed now as much of its development potential has been realized but if you want to enjoy it at its true apogee, another 2 to 5 years of cellaring will be necessary. As the description confirms, this is gorgeous.

The rich, full and strikingly elegant middle weight flavors possess superb depth and huge length on the detailed, focused and beautifully balanced finish that seems to be extracted directly from liquid rock. This very classy effort is a great Perri?res that should continue to age extremely well, indeed the word Zen comes to mind.

I very much like the lovely sense of harmony and for my taste this has largely arrived at its peak. Tasted several times with consistent notes.
