The generous and quite fleshy medium-bodied flavors possess excellent volume as well as buckets of dry extract that almost render the firm and ripe tannins invisible on the massively long finish. Wow, this is a stunner of a wine that could be enjoyed now or held for a few more years though I underscore that it should live for another 30 years, perhaps longer. Tasted on multiple occasions with consistent results.

The broad-scaled, intense and beautifully well-detailed medium-bodied flavors are powerful to the point of being robust and are supported by still very firm tannins that will require at least another decade to harmonize. I would not be tempted to open a bottle for at least another 5 years because while the potential is remarkable, it's not showing much of it today even with extended air.

There is slightly better volume if less salinity to the equally beautifully textured flavors that possess impressive depth and persistence on the firm and balanced finale. This is excellent with the upside development potential to match.
