The rich, powerful and broad-shouldered flavors possess very good density, especially for the vintage, while exhibiting fine depth and persistence on the balanced, youthfully austere and lightly stony finale. For a north facing vineyard, this is quite ripe and a wine that should amply repay up to a decade of cellaring.
