Tasting note: As it was when first reviewed (see herein), the very pretty nose combines smoky notes of green apple, pear and elegant white flower scents. The attractively textured middle weight flavors possess solid mid-palate concentration while delivering fine length on the balanced and mouth coating finale that is already beginning to display fine complexity. What has changed though is how accessible the 2019 Puligny is and while it should continue to improve over the next 3 to 5ish years, it could easily be enjoyed now. In a word, lovely. Multiple and consistent notes.
