Tasting note: A cool, fresh and airy nose of spice, red current, cassis and pretty violet scents is trimmed in soft but still easily perceptible wood . The delicious and mineral-inflected middle weight flavors possess a really lovely underlying tension before culminating in a refined finale that displays a discreet touch of youthful austerity. Not surprisingly at only 7 years of age in magnum format, this is still quite youthful and I would advise holding this for another decade first.
