Tasting note: There is an interesting minty hint to the wonderfully elegant and overtly floral-suffused aromas of citrus confit, shellfish and green apple. The almost painfully intense middleweight flavors possess strikingly good transparency on the borderline aggressively stony, focused and impressively long finish. I very much like the inherent sophistication as well as the overall sense of balance. In a word, stunning.
