Tasting note: Here too the expressive nose reflects a background hint of petrol on the cool, pure and airy aromas of pear and apple compote, citrus confit and a hint of rosemary oil. There is fine volume to the solidly concentrated medium weight flavors that manage to be seductive yet focused while displaying excellent length on the clean and dry finale. This youthfully austere effort is excellent for its level and recommended.
