Tasting note: The now fully mature nose combines a lovely combination of dried floral notes with those of spicy dark berry, soy and hoisin along with a trace of sous-bois. There is excellent density, power and minerality to the broad-shouldered flavors that culminate in a long and dusty finish that flirts with dryness yet doesn't quite fall over the edge. While fully mature, the '95 LT has the potential to be very long lived vintage, and even at almost 30 years of age, it's clear that it still has decades ahead of it. Tasted many times since release, including twice in 2024, with very consistent results.
