Tasting note: This is also very restrained, cool and ultra-pure with its reserved aromas of wet stone, lemon peel, white flowers and iodine that are framed by discreet wood hints. There is excellent power and punch to the intensely mineral-driven medium weight flavors that do a slow build into an amazing crescendo on the bone dry and explosive finale. A classically styled and proportioned Les Clos.
