Tasting note: (with thanks to Bonnie Wai and Joe Wong). Aromas of white flower, green apple and wet stone are cut with hints of citrus rind while displaying a hint of secondary character. The rich, pure and stylish medium weight plus flavors possess excellent volume but also wonderful detail and punch while culminating in an intensely mineral-driven finish of superb persistence. As impressive as this is, it hasn't quite developed the complexity that I thought it might when I first reviewed it. With that said, this is still very, very good and while it's knocking on the front door of its peak, it could easily be cellared for another 10 years. Tasted several times over the last two years with similar results.
