Tasting note: (with thanks to Herwig Janssen; white label). Mild reduction initially reduces the expressiveness of the otherwise fresh and impressively complex lemon, stone and acacia blossom-infused nose. The equally complex and beautifully delineated middle weight flavors ooze a fine minerality before culminating in an overtly austere, intense, linear and compact finish offering superb length. While this could of course be drunk now, for my taste it is still too young. However, if you're going to try a bottle I would advise decanting it for at least 30 minutes first as the flavors take their time opening up. Tasted four times over the past five years with minor bottle variation.
