Tasting note: There is a touch of the exotic to the dried yellow fruit aromas that include lychee nut and spice hints. The middle weight flavors are clean, cool and utterly delicious with a really lovely acid/fruit balance on the powerful, intense and lingering finish. There is a saline hint on the long finale where a touch of gas is present so be sure to decant this if you're going to try one young.
