Tasting note: It actually is curious to express it quite this way but the aromatic profile is one of a "sauvage elegance" as there is plenty of Gevrey gaminess here but with an attractive nuance and limited rusticity to both the nose and the rich, full and moderately firm medium-bodied flavors blessed with ample dry extract and punch on the reasonably structured and mildly rustic finish. This is impressive and well balanced.
