Tasting note: This beauty is coming along very nicely and while it hasn't completely peaked, it's not so far away that it couldn't be enjoyed now if that's your preference. A notably ripe yet airy, cool and elegant nose offers up maturing notes of oyster shell, dried flowers and spice hints along with a hint of petrol. The equally fresh, pure and beautifully well-detailed medium-bodied flavors possess excellent intensity and plenty of verve on the racy, complex and solidly persistent finish. I very much like the delivery and this succulent effort is a bit finer than it usually is. I would offer one other observation and that is that the complexity seems to still be increasing and if this can add just a bit more overall depth, I could easily see my rating rise with it.
