Tasting note: (with thanks to Andrew Tsai). A distinctly ripe yet beautifully airy nose remains quite fresh with almost no discernible secondary nuances while exhibiting the same broad range of classic Chablis aromas that include white flower, green fruit, salt water and iodine scents. By contrast, the mouth feel has added weight as the impressively intense large-scaled flavors brim with pungent minerality on the overtly powerful, driving and hugely long finish that coasts the palate with dry extract. This is still a big and powerful a wine that is clearly still on the way up and at this point in its evolution, I would advise continued patience.
