Tasting note: Here too there is noticeable but not really intrusive wood treatment that still allows the layered nose of violet and floral notes as well as a pretty blend of plum, red currant and raspberry liqueur to freely express itself. The full-bodied, dense and opulently textured flavors possess outstanding volume on the robust but not rustic mocha-infused finish that is shaped by the presently very firm tannic spine. This possesses wonderful development potential for those who have the patience.
