Tasting note: Background traces of reduction play on the edges of perceptibility and thus don't materially impinge on the otherwise rosemary-infused white orchard fruit aromas. The rich, generous and solidly well-concentrated flavors possess good mid-palate extract that buffers the moderately firm acid spine on the tangy and citrus-infused finish. This doesn't have the muscle of the Boudriotte but it's clearly finer.
