Tasting note: A strikingly pretty and ultra-fresh nose reflects notes of white flowers and in particular acacia, along with hints of citrus, spice and wood toast. There is a highly refined texture to the powerful, concentrated and mineral-driven larger-scaled flavors that flash outstanding depth and persistence on the impeccably well-balanced finale. This is seriously classy juice that is still improving that it's sufficiently far along that it would not be vinous infanticide to enjoy a bottle now. In a word, terrific.
