Tasting note: Discreet but not invisible oak influence does not really intrude upon the transparency of the red berry fruit, spice, earth and violet aromas that complement well the complex, rich, supple and seductively textured flavors that possess good power and punch on the moderately firm, long and intense finish. This is not an especially elegant Corton yet neither is it overtly rustic.
