Tasting note: There is a hint of crushed leaf to the otherwise pretty and airy mix of various wild red berries and earth aromas. There is a seductive, even lacy texture to the medium-bodied flavors that possess a very round mouth feel that disguises an underlying muscularity as well as relatively firm tannins on the lingering, intense and well-balanced finish. This is not a big Charmes but I like the delivery and overall sense of harmony of elements.
