Tasting note: This is also ultra-fresh and even spicier with its beautiful combination of blue pinot fruit, plum, violet and sandalwood-scented nose. There is outstanding richness to the solidly concentrated full-bodied flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the energetic, precise and impressively persistent finish. This saline-inflected effort possesses just a bit more vibrancy and complexity on the slightly firmer finish. Despite the additional structure this should also be reasonably approachable in its youth.
