Tasting note: It had been quite a long time since this last came my way and I'm happy to say that it is still drinking beautifully well. Somewhat toasty secondary aromas offer up plenty of spice, game and earth nuances where the latter can be found in abundance on the velvety and impressively dense big-bodied flavors that possess excellent volume and power, all wrapped in a mineral-driven and beauitfully long finish where the toast component telegraphed by the nose reappears. For my taste this is drinking as well now as it's going to even though it should easily be able to hold at this plateau for years to come.
